Embrace Change specialises in moving and downsizing for people in their senior years. We also provide property staging and estate clearance services. We cover from the Far North, across the Auckland region, and down to Waikato and the Bay of Plenty, but if required we can move you anywhere in New Zealand.
We work to provide professional, thoroughly discreet, cost-effective, seamless assistance for those who are looking at moving into a retirement village or a smaller property, handling a deceased estate, or responsible for an estate clearance.
Owned and managed by Helen Greenland and Simon Kirk, Embrace Change is a family-owned business that has been operating successfully for more than 10 years.
We’re sensitive to your needs
We understand that for people in their later years, there’s a lot of emotion and personal feelings associated with a decision to move to a new or more manageable home, a smaller unit, or a retirement village.
Some of our clients are unwell or coping with a bereavement; so, we'll work with you at a pace you are comfortable with, whether you need to move in a few weeks or a few months. Our people are hand-picked for their reliability, efficiency, and sensitivity to your situation and needs.
We work with family members (sometimes based overseas), real estate agents, on behalf of lawyers, those with power of attorney, executors of wills, trustees, as well as referrals from Age Concern and Housing New Zealand.
